A person taped a dog’s mouth shut with electrical tape in southwest Florida and authorities are on the hunt to find out who is responsible.  



The dehydrated and malnourished Florida Cur was found Tuesday with bleeding wounds on his left arm and chest, according to The Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

The dog is safe now at Lee County Domestic Animal Services and has been examined by a veterinarian, WESH2 reports.
