Cheerleaders Train at New Campus

This week the middle school, junior varsity and varsity Seahawks cheerleaders are attending Cheerleading Camp.
This year CTC (Cheerleading Technique Camp) is coming to teach the girls three days of Cheerleading Camp starting Tuesday, Aug. 5 through Thursday, Aug. 7 at the new school.

They will be working very hard to learn new cheer, chant stunts and dance moves.

"Since tryouts in April we have been very busy doing numerous fundraisers, raising over $4,500; doing anything from carwashes to selling boiled peanuts," Christy Crosby, cheerleading advisor. "These girls have worked hard. We also have been having practice every Monday in hopes to getting the squad ready for the new year. Our uniforms are in and we still have a lot of work ahead of us, but are more then ready to work hard and represent our new school."
