William David Banks, also known to his friends as Bill Banks, will celebrate his 80th birthday on Saturday, Nov. 3

He was born in Fayetteville, Ga. on Nov. 3, 1932 to the late William Jewel and Lula Clifford Banks.

There will be a party for him given by his daughter April Dalton from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4 at the Eastpoint Pavilion. All friends and relatives are invited to come help us celebrate this wonderful occasion.
