A flash flood watch is in effect for Franklin County and portions of the Florida Big Bend and south Georgia areas through Sunday.The National Weather Service said that a stalled front continues to move slowly eastward across the area, bringing heavy rainfall. A flash flood watch is in effect until Sunday evening and it includes Franklin, Gulf and Wakulla counties. A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
