Rudy Giuliani has made repeated claims that federal agencies such as the Department of Justice and the FBI are corrupt, politically driven organizations. In order to back up this claim, Giuliani should add some substance to his argument. This could be done very easily.
Giuliani was the attorney general for the Southern District of Manhattan in New York for a number of years. He need only point out that these federal agencies are filled with people just like him: at best, ineffective, and at worst, politically corrupt liars.
He would gather much more support for his assertions using this approach.
