All young pirates are invited to participate in the Little Pirates' Parade at the main stage beginning at 11 a.m. The Pirate Council will award honorary certificates to boys and girls who take part. Young pirates can even have a photo op wearing pirate garb to prove they had a great day at the Billy Bones Pirate School at the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival on Saturday, April 26.

School starts at 10 a.m. and continues throughout the day. All activities are free and supervised. For additional information call Caroline at 670-5064.


Easter egg hunt Saturday

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office will hold its annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 19 at noon at the sheriff’s office, 270 Highway 65. Come out and enjoy a wonderful day of egg hunting. Awesome prizes for the kids, free hot dogs and soda pop and a chance to win the world’s largest Easter bunny.
