Creamer said Fasbenner, a 2012 graduate of Franklin County High School, had been shot once in the chest by a bullet from a .22 caliber rifle fired by Ronald Joseph Page, 24, a resident of the home.

Chester Creamer said no one has been arrested, nor any charges filed, in the shooting. He said the 911 call notifying authorities had been placed by Page.

“The case is actively being investigated by the sheriff’s office and the state prosecutor’s office. It is too premature to give out details of the case at this point. We’re actively investigating it," he said.

Chester Creamer confirmed that another female also was present at the Timothy Simmons Road residence, but did not provide further details.
