Arrests in this week’s report were made by officers from the Carrabelle Police Department (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO). All defendants are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
