Charles Emerson Harris

Charles Emerson Harris was born Dec. 2, 1928 in Apalachicola to the now late Mary and Albert Harris. 

Charles passed away Feb. 15, 2012 at St. James Rehab Center in St. James at the age of 83.

Charles was a longtime Public Works employee for Franklin County and the City of Apalachicola. 

He is survived by his two daughters; Emma Chruscinski and Charlene Fincher; and five grandchildren, Joseph, Damien, Heather, Cody, and Deanna.

Memorial services are being held today, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. at Kelley Funeral Home, 149 Avenue H, Apalachicola.
