Card of Thanks – Apalachicola Food Pantry
The Food Pantry of Apalachicola wishes to give a big Thank You to the United States Post Office for all their help in collecting such a generous amount of nonperishable food for our local Food Pantry. It has been a tremendous help for us to provide the basic necessity of life - food. Their efforts, along with everyone who contributed, made it possible for the members of our community to have their needs for food met everyday and the holidays.
Again, we want to thank our local Post Office and our community for their generosity. Without their help we would not be able to distribute approximately 400 bags of food a month for the residents of Franklin County.
Anyone needing assistance with food, donating food or money, or volunteering to distribute food are welcome to call Clarice at Franklin’s Promise Coalition, Inc. at 653-3930. Or stop by at the Community Service Center, located at the former Apalachicola High School.
