Card of Thanks - Fire Department

            The members of the Apalachicola Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who assisted us at the Apalachicola State Bank fire last Saturday morning. From beginning to end, everyone involved reached out and did all they could to help. We are especially grateful to our neighboring volunteer fire departments from Eastpoint, St. George Island and Carrabelle for bringing us the personnel and resources we needed to accomplish the job. Excellent communications between the chiefs and members, along with good working relationships and positive attitudes, made things flow smoothly with effective results. As always it was a pleasure to work with competent and diligent firefighters.
