Elizabeth Butler makes Dean's List

            Elizabeth Dantzler Butler, of Carrabelle, has been named to the Dean's List at the University of the South for the Easter 2009 term. She is the daughter of Eugenia D. and David K. Butler.

            To earn a place on the Dean's List, a student must earn a minimum grade point average of 3.625 on a 4.0 scale.

            The University of the South, popularly known as Sewanee, is a nationally recognized liberal arts college on 13,000 acres atop the Cumberland Plateau between Nashville and Chattanooga. Sewanee enrolls 1,500 undergraduates and approximately 100 seminarians.
