Card of Thanks - Apalachicola State Bank

            I wish to express our sincere thanks to the members of the community that showed such kindness during our recent fire.  A special thanks to Betty Webb and the City of Apalachicola, Ginger Creamer and all of the First Responders, and the Volunteer Fire Departments of Apalachicola, Eastpoint, Carrabelle and St. George Island.  We are blessed to have such a wonderful group of volunteers in our community.  Also, a special thanks to the City Police Department who responded within three minutes of the call.

            Thanks to the local downtown businesses that loaned us their bathrooms; cooked for us and showed such extreme kindness; especially to Beverly Hewitt, Jerry Hall, Kim Lewis, Danny and Marisa Itzkovitz, Amanda Kollar, Joe Taylor and the many, many others who provided support.

            To our Coastal Community Family; who pulled together from Carrabelle to Panama City Beach to help - Thank You! 

            I've always known how wonderful the spirit of community is throughout Franklin County; but the love and support that this community has displayed to our bank over the last few days is overwhelming.
