ABC Faculty Treated to Picnic

            The board and faculty of the Apalachicola Bay Charter School got together Saturday for an evening of relaxation when board member Pam Mahr hosted a cookout at Schooner Landing at the cut on St. George Island.  About 40 people gathered for seafood and chat.  A fly on the wall would have heard lots of discussion of the upcoming Presidential election and Friday night's debate but BBQ ribs and baked beans kept tempers cool and talk light. Everybody pitched in and shared potluck while sharing a $700 billion sunset. There was Jimmy Buffet in the background and a cool breeze to make the evening perfect.
