July 3

Heather A. Scoggin, 42, Eastpoint, two counts of child neglect causing great bodily harm, failure to appear, violation of probation; held without bond (FCSO)

Olin Dakota Bush, 26, Quincy, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; $11,000 bond (FCSO)
