Hello Franklin County!
Now that the time has changed and the weather is cooling and it’s time to make sure your library card is up to date. Be prepared for those dark and cool nights with something great to read. If you are a local resident or a visitor that has never been to one of the Franklin County Libraries, we invite you to stop in and see us. All residents with proof of residency can receive a free library card. If you are not a local resident, the library offers a non-resident fee card for $10, renewable annually. You can’t buy a new book for this nominal fee. The library offers free public computer access, copying 10 cents per page black and white), fax service ($1 per page), and free scanning.
