Lee Roy Langley, 79, died Saturday, July 8, 2017 at his home in Eastpoint.
Lee Roy was born on Feb. 2, 1937 in Altha, and lived most of his life in the Franklin County area. He went in the military at a young age, returning to Franklin County where he was a commercial fisherman,
He married Marjorie Smith on Dec. 30, 1962 and they raised three daughters: Karen Brannan (Tony); Donna Thompson (George) and Debbie Mock (Mike). He loved his six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a member of the Church of God for many years. He had a caring and giving heart. He will be missed and loved until we all are together again.
Services were held Monday, July 10 at the Church of God in Eastpoint with burial at Eastpoint Cemetery.
David Conn of Bevis Funeral Home, Harvey Young Chapel in Crawfordville assisted the family with arrangements.
