The Sandlot traveling team, made up of several Franklin County boys who play on the Ozone squad, took part in the July 5 to 7 Grandslam World Series in Panama City Beach at Frank Brown Park. On Friday they won first place in the American Division and fourth place in National Division. The team as a whole received a trophy and each player received a silver ring reading World Series Grandslam Champions.
