The O’Brien Photo Gallery on Willamette St. will open “A Group of Three,” a new exhibit of work from three local photographers, this Saturday, July 14 through Sept. 6.
Each of the showcased artists exhibit unique approaches to photography. Dennis Galloway is currently based in Arizona and captures the sculptural power of rock formations. Eugene-born Michael T. Williams has been photographing since 1952 and is a nationally recognized fly fisher. His work focuses on the nature and wildlife surrounding Oregon’s rivers. Jerry Jump’s work is far more impressionistic, focusing on “sublime forms and vibrant colors” within Oregon’s natural landscape.
The gallery is open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. The exhibit’s free opening reception will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 14. Learn more: obrienimaging.com/gallery or call 541-729-3572.
