Arrests are made by officers from the following county, and state law enforcement agencies: Apalachicola (APD), Carrabelle (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FLDOACS).
All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
