Apalachicola Police Report

The following report is provided by the Apalachicola Police Department. Each entry includes the name of person arrested, age and place of residence, offense alleged to have been committed, and the arresting officer. All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 25
Anita Shiver Estes, 54, (address unknown), was arrested on a warrant for operator of unnumbered vessel. (Arresting officer Anthony Croom.)
April 27
Carl Wayne Ard, 48, of Eastpoint was arrested for possession of controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. (Arresting officer Sgt. Chet Turner).
