Mansfield FCI's Employee of the Month

Franklin Correctional Institution has selected Barbara Mansfield as its employee of the month for July 2010. Mrs. Mansfield is a 17-year veteran with the Florida Department of Corrections and has been assigned to Franklin CI since 2006. She works in the psychology department as a mental health specialist, providing counseling and other mental health services to the inmate population. Mansfield was nominated by fellow psychology department employee Jan Elser, who described Mansfield as being a hard-working conscientious employee with a good sense of humor. Mansfield, pictured with Dr. Claude Tournay, lives in Crawfordville with her husband Dana Wilson.
