Grinenkos celebrate golden wedding anniversary

St. George Island residents Dee and Don Grinenko celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Thursday, April 15, 2010.
They were honored by their many friends at a celebration at the island home of Penny Angel on May 2.
Dee's hand-woven baskets are featured at Downtown Books in Apalachicola and Sometimes It's Hotter Seasoning Company on St. George Island. Don is an avid gardener and was a regular participant in the brick-cleaning project which preceded the reconstruction of the Cape St. George Light.
