Arrest report - Aug. 24 to 29

The following report is provided by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Arrests are made by officers from the following city, county, and state law enforcement agencies: Apalachicola (APD), Carrabelle (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Division of Insurance Fraud (DIF) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FLDOACS).

All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 24

Brian J. Brown, 25, Apalachicola, sale of a controlled substance – cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park, and sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church (APD)

Aug. 25

Floyd B. Parramore, 50, Apalachicola, arrested on parole commission warrant (FCSO)

Jason P. James, 29, Eastpoint, violation of probation (FCSO)

Aug. 28

Gregor P. Eaton, 31, Lanark Village, domestic battery (FCSO)

Joseph C. Fichera, Jr., 36, Apalachicola, domestic battery (FCSO)

Lorne H. Hicks, Jr., 19, Wewahitchka, battery and resisting officer without violence (APD)

Joseph C. Ward, 19, Apalachicola, resisting arrest without violence and domestic battery (APD)

Justin E. McCalpin, 22, Eastpoint, petit theft (FCSO)
