Arrest report - Feb. 8 to 13

The following report is provided by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Arrests are made by officers from the following city, county, and state law enforcement agencies: Apalachicola (APD), Carrabelle (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Department of Corrections (FDOC), Florida Division of Insurance Fraud (DIF) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).

All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Frank Bass, 22, Apalachicola, driving while license suspended or revoked (FCSO)

Selna L. McCormick, 19, Carrabelle, no valid drivers license (CPD)

Marshall S. Vaughan, 38, Homosassa, criminal mischief and arson of a prison facility (FCSO)

Jerry O. Lowe, 19, Lanark Village, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis (CPD)

Robert K. White, 49, Tallahassee, held on Leon County warrant (FCSO)

Erie L. Campbell, 53, Apalachicola, resisting officer without violence and driving while license suspended or revoked (APD)

Lee P. Chapin, 31, St. George Island, disorderly intoxication (FCSO)

Brandon Kenneth Brown, 26, Eastpoint, attempted sexual battery on a child (FCSO)
