SHERIFF'S REPORT

The following report is provided by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Arrests are made by officers from the following county, and state law enforcement agencies: Apalachicola (APD), Carrabelle (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FLDOACS).

All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Gerald V. Ramirez, 22, Apalachicola, arrested for no valid drivers license (APD)

Nov. 15

Jose Carlos Baraona, 27, Apalachicola, arrested for no valid drivers license, leaving the scene of a crash with damage, DUI and refusal to submit to breath test (APD)

Richard W. Wynn, 28, Panama City, arrested for violation of probation (FCSO)

Marcos Francisco, 20, Apalachicola, arrested for disorderly intoxication (APD)

Amanda C. Topham, 27, Eastpoint, arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest without violence (FCSO)

Nov. 17

Preston W. Smith, 28, Carrabelle, arrested for withholding child support (FCSO)

Andrea R. Sorenson, 42, Eastpoint, arrested for sale of a prescription drug and sale of a controlled substance (FCSO)
