Shivers to celebrate golden anniversary

Bobby and Barbara Shiver will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009.
They have been blessed with three children; Robbin Brinkley, Scott Shiver, and Michelle Richards, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
They will be having a celebration of renewing their vows, with reception afterwards, on Sept. 5 at 4 p.m. at United Baptist Church in Eastpoint.
All family and friends are invited.
