Just wanted to let everybody know how absolutely fabulous the chef, Ira, is at the Gibson.
Four of us ate there on Thursday, the opening night of the restaurant. All of us were truly delighted with the food we had. Ira does a savory cheesecake that is to die for. Wahoo!
The maître d’, Frank, was carefully watching the diners to make sure they had everything they needed or wanted. The wait staff was excellent, the wines were delicious and the room was cozy. Truly special!
You all surely must try the latest restaurant in town at the Gibson. We need to keep this man here forever! He’s a true gem in Apalachicola!
